to build in both North and South Carolina. We specialize in designing and building custom homes

Bill Barber
is the owner/designer/licensed general contractor for both North and South Carolina.
He continually increases the success and growth of our company by maintaining an extremely high
standard of quality, efficiency and service. He has been active in the building industry for thirty years
primarily designing and building in gated and water front communities. This has allowed him to integrate new
and innovative building products in many architectural styles. |
Pyramid Engineering & Surveying is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm offering a broad range of services in the fields of Engineering and Surveying. The production of high quality design has established a solid reputation for the firm. Their staff has extensive experience in providing quality planning and solutions. Clients are closely worked with and advised in each step of the process. Each member of the firm brings a unique perspective to every project. |

R. Richardson Interiors is the Interior design firm we have chosen to work with our clients. Located in the Belle Park Towne Plaza in North Myrtle Beach, owner Rhonda Richardson and her staff have served the Grand Strand since 1997, working as a team to meet the unique needs of every client. R. Richardson Interiors offers a range of services from blueprint analysis and builder selections in the construction phase to custom designed bedding and window treatments in the finishing stage. They assist you with selecting just the right furniture and accessories to turn your home into a comfortable and stylish showplace.

Carol Pratt-Barber
is our finance manager. Her responsibilities include all aspects of accounting, insurance,
and personnel records. She brings to William Barber, Inc. years of purchasing, sales and
marketing experience. |

Roger Moreau is our
Operations Manager responsible for scheduling, materials estimating and monitoring the quality
of our subcontractors' work. Roger is a lifelong multitasker who, over the past 35 years, has been
a residential General Contractor as well as a vocational school teacher. He provided instruction for
28 years in subjects such as blueprint reading, carpentry and computer-aided drafting. For the last
6 of those years he served as vice-president of the teachers union. Roger is a Vietnam Veteran having
served in the Army for 21 years. He is married with two children and is loving life. |
Michael Hansen
is our in-house accountant. He comes to our organization with 34 years of professional experience in management
in the warehousing and transportation field. His background has equipped him with many skills that he now uses
in preparing estimates/budgets, assisting in sales and follow up. |

Debbie Elsner
is our Estimating Manager, utilizing the most current and accurate building cost data
and valuation tools available to the industry. Debbie is also our Contracts Administrator and assists with
marketing. She contributes 25 years of construction experience from secretarial to field supervision,
purchasing and business management skills to our team. |
Brenda Beckley
is our Office Manager and is responsible for all administrative duties and manages all warranty and punchout work.
She also assists the Operations Director. Brenda comes from South Jersey where she worked for over 10 years in the
construction business. She excels in getting the job done.

Harvey Lindenbaum
is our Photographer and Webmaster. Harvey produces our website and takes all of the photographs shown on the website.
Harvey and his wife Charlene moved to St. James and are now living in a William Barber home. Harvey was a Technical
Director in Maryland and managed the development and testing of telecommunications software.

Barry Van Leeuwen
is our onsite superintendent with seventeen years experience in the housing industry. He recently relocated to
our area from Virginia. Barry's personality and easy rapport are reflected in his attention to detail and
professional customer service. He takes pride in every part of the homebuilding process from foundation to closing.

Danielle Sky Barber
is our Assistant Field Superintendent and assists our Operations Manager. Danielle serves in the SC National Guard,
and has a degree in Interior Design and Interior Decorating. She is pursuing an additional degree in Project Management.

Geoff Frank
is our Job Foreman with 17 years of construction experience. His wide range of skills allows us to utilize
him in various capacities from trim carpentry to built-ins to punch-out and warranty work. |

J.P. Donnelly
is our punch-out specialist with ten years experience in the construction industry. He relocated to our
area from New Jersey in October 2005. His knowledge of carpentry has been passed down through several
family generations. J.P. is enthusiastic and strives for excellence. He tells us he is
"glad to be working for a homebuilder with such high standards where his skills can be applied"
